Eligibility:

• Each team must consist of a minimum of 10 players and a maximum of 12 players, including substitutes.

• Players must present valid ID proof (e.g., Aadhaar) upon request.

Registration Fees:

• The registration fee is ₹11,000/- per team (non-refundable).

• Payment must be made during registration via UPI, bank transfer, or other provided payment methods.

Inclusions:
The registration fee includes:

  • Lunch

  • Unlimited coffee/tea throughout the day

Team Name:

• Teams must provide a unique name during registration. Offensive or inappropriate names will not be allowed.

Match Schedule:

• The match schedule will be shared with registered teams. Teams must adhere to the timings provided. Delayed appearances may lead to disqualification.

Code of Conduct:

• Players must maintain sportsmanship and follow the tournament rules. Misconduct will lead to penalties or disqualification.

Injury & Liability:

• MPL-3 organizers are not responsible for any injuries during the tournament. Teams are encouraged to have their medical kits.

Uniform:

• Teams must wear matching jerseys. In case of color clashes, organizers will provide a neutral alternative.

Venue Rules:

• Adherence to the venue’s rules and regulations is mandatory.

• Teams are responsible for keeping the premises clean and respecting the facilities.

Form Submission:

• Fill out the Registration Form (Google Form link or offline form). Ensure all details are accurate.

Payment of Fees:

• Transfer the ₹11,000/- registration fee to the provided below QR code:

Confirmation:

• Send the payment receipt to the organizer via WhatsApp, Google Form or email for verification.

Team List Submission:

• Provide a list of team members with their names, contact details, and ID proofs.

Receive Acknowledgment:

• After verification, you will receive a confirmation email or message with the tournament details and schedule.

Attend Briefing Session:

• A mandatory briefing session for captains and managers will be conducted before the tournament. Details will be shared in advance.

Enjoy Tournament Amenities:

• During the tournament, all registered participants will be provided:

  • Breakfast to kickstart the day.

  • Lunch during the break hours.

  • Unlimited coffee/tea for energy and focus throughout the event.
